Cybersecurity Specialist Sr – Cybersecurity Reporting Lead

Responsible and accountable for overall contractor performance on contract from kickoff through Phase-Out, addressing risks and mitigation plans
Ensure the Phase-in plan is updated and executed to ensure full performance capability within 60 day phase-in period
Provides 100% staffing within 60 days, security investigation requirements are met, identification badges and system access is granted, staff schedule supports workload, and staff is trained and certified to meet specific duty requirements utilizing existing SOPs
Ensures equipment inventory is completed, GFE is issued, and organizational chart contact information is updated
Manages and maintains CPMP, IMS, and WBS used daily to track and execute Phase-in tasks
Conducts project meetings, project tracking, reporting, and analysis
Create a general draft and a final version of monthly/quarterly/annual FISMA scorecards and reports along with tracking all changes, including artifacts and justifications for delivery to Federal Lead, HQ components, CISOD Management, OMB and Congress
Create and maintain dashboards and reports for all necessary cybersecurity functions utilizing CDM dashboard, Splunk, Crystal Reports, Power BI, or other authorized platforms
Coordinate annual Performance Plan Working Group by reviewing current metrics, recommending updates with justification, and providing training as needed to include performance plan, scorecard metrics, and reporting

This position requires the candidate to come on-site to the facility twice a week (Tuesday & Thursday), and work can be done remotely. The main facility is located in the National Capital Region within the DC Metropolitan area.

Salary is based on the number of years of relevant work experience the candidate has.
