ServiceNow Developer
Responsibilities
- The ServiceNow Developer is responsible for configuring and integrating pre-built ServiceNow capabilities including Asset Management, Risk Management, and Incident Management.
- The ServiceNow Developer will leverage the ServiceNow platform to design, develop, and integrate additional functionality
- Work collaboratively to establish integrations in the ServiceNow instance, including the SDNow portal
- Work collaboratively to create dashboards and reports within SDNow to monitor performance in near real-time
- Work collaboratively to create ticket workflows, including automated triage and issue escalation
- Identify additional ServiceNow capabilities to benefit the program
- Supports decision-making of the program team with analysis and recommendations regarding the implementation of ServiceNow modules
- Designing, developing and deploying with the ServiceNow platform
- Migrating data from different tools into ServiceNow
- Creating Reports and Dashboards within ServiceNow
- Creating and modifying workflows within ServiceNow
Certifications
- At least one of the following:
- Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Certification in ServiceNow
Qualifications
- Must have a Associate’s Degree
- Must have an active Secret security clearance
- Must have a minimum of 3 to 5 years in incremental software development projects such as the Agile Scrum approach
- ServiceNow Implementation Experience
Location
- This position requires the candidate to come on-site to the facility twice a week (Tuesday & Thursday), and work can be done remotely. The main facility is located in the National Capital Region within the DC Metropolitan area.
