Responsibilities

• The ServiceNow Developer is responsible for configuring and integrating pre-built ServiceNow capabilities including Asset Management, Risk Management, and Incident Management.
• The ServiceNow Developer will leverage the ServiceNow platform to design, develop, and integrate additional functionality
• Work collaboratively to establish integrations in the ServiceNow instance, including the SDNow portal
• Work collaboratively to create dashboards and reports within SDNow to monitor performance in near real-time
• Work collaboratively to create ticket workflows, including automated triage and issue escalation
• Identify additional ServiceNow capabilities to benefit the program
• Supports decision-making of the program team with analysis and recommendations regarding the implementation of ServiceNow modules
• Designing, developing and deploying with the ServiceNow platform
• Migrating data from different tools into ServiceNow
• Creating Reports and Dashboards within ServiceNow
• Creating and modifying workflows within ServiceNow

Certifications

• At least one of the following:
• Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Certification in ServiceNow

Qualifications

• Must have a Associate’s Degree
• Must have an active Secret security clearance
• Must have a minimum of 3 to 5 years in incremental software development projects such as the Agile Scrum approach
• ServiceNow Implementation Experience

Location

• This position requires the candidate to come on-site to the facility twice a week (Tuesday & Thursday), and work can be done remotely. The main facility is located in the National Capital Region within the DC Metropolitan area.
