Quality Assurance Program

Softek is ISO 9001:2008 certified and our software development processed are CMMI Ml3 appraised. We have certified quality control process, which we use to identify areas for improvement, document the actions taken to improve the process, and results in reduced development time while minimizing errors during development and in production. We maintain a QA reporting chain independent of the task order delivery team that is accountable directly to the Program Manager in accordance with CMMI Level 3 best practices. Additionally, our Program Manager conducts Quarterly Project Reviews (QPRs) with our Navy Task Order program manager and each TO leader to compare performance data with established metrics, identify successes and challenges, and determine the way ahead for continuous process improvement to improve customer satisfaction.
